By accessing the GTS VIP Trades website at gtsviptrades.com, joining our Telegram community, using our tools or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users including visitors and community members.
2. About GTS VIP Trades
GTS VIP Trades is a trading name providing a gold-only signals service. We provide:
- Educational XAU/USD trade ideas and market analysis
- Live trading education sessions
- A community Telegram channel for gold traders
- Personal advisor support for community members
GTS VIP Trades is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice or portfolio management services.
3. Nature of Our Services — Not Financial Advice
This is one of the most important sections of these terms. Please read carefully. All content provided by GTS VIP Trades — including but not limited to trade ideas, market analysis, educational content, training sessions and community discussions — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing we publish or communicate should be construed as:

- You may lose some or all of your invested capital

- No trading system or methodology has ever guaranteed consistent profits
- You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely
- Leveraged trading is not suitable for all investors
- You are fully responsible for all trading decisions you make

6. Our Broker Relationship
GTS VIP Trades earns revenue through a referral arrangement with our broker partner. When you open a trading account using our onboarding link, we may receive a commission from the broker. This arrangement:
- Does not increase your trading costs or affect your trading conditions
- Does not give us access to your trading account or funds
- Does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to trade with any specific broker
- Is disclosed in the spirit of full transparency
You are under no obligation to open an account with our broker partner. However, VIP community access is subject to account verification with our partner broker.
7. Community Rules
By joining our Telegram community you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Treat all community members and staff with respect at all times
- Do not share, redistribute or resell our trade ideas or content without written permission
- Do not post spam, promotional content or links without permission
- Do not provide financial advice to other community members
- Do not share content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive or harmful
- Do not attempt to manipulate or mislead other community members about trading outcomes
We reserve the right to remove any member from our community at any time for violation of these rules or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the GTS VIP Trades website and Telegram channels — including trade ideas, educational content, training materials, text, graphics, logos and designs — is the intellectual property of GTS VIP Trades unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any of our content without our express written permission. You may share individual trade ideas for personal non-commercial use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTS VIP Trades shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred as a result of using our trade ideas or educational content
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
- Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in our content
- Technical interruptions or unavailability of our services
- Actions of third-party platforms including Telegram or broker partners
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. As our services are provided free of charge, this amount is zero in most circumstances.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GTS VIP Trades and our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms or your violation of any third party rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, abusive behaviour or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Warning, constitute the entire agreement between you and GTS VIP Trades regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
